I had a very good experience with Zap Cooling and Heating. Tucker the technician was professional and thorough. He arrived early and immediately got to assessing our unit and thermostats. We had lost heat in our kitchen and dining room which we found out is controlled by a separate unit than the rest of our home. After going under our home and checking our 35 year old unit and also the thermostats in both rooms he discovered that both thermostats went out. He presented me with a very thorough work up of what he saw along with pictures, as well as emailing me a copy of it. He also told me some things about my heater that may be of concern in the future and what could be done. The price was reasonable for the two new thermostats and he had them installed in about an hour. They were WiFi capable so he showed me on an app how to control the temperatures with my phone. ZAP has always been reliable when I've had issue with my HVAC system. Today was a checkup only and both reps were very nice, explained everything and didn't mind my two dogs looking for attention. They were thorough and explained everything, with current pictures that they had taken of my system. Thank you, yes, I will use again.

I also like the fact that I get the exact same technician each time not that I don't like meeting new people I just really appreciate who I have, which is Tucker, he's the bomb!

Okay we also had Larry come out to do our vent cleaning he did a great job but I don't see another place to leave him a review so I'm just going to let you know I don't think we need it as often but I would want to stick with him too.

I had asked Larry once I turn on my heat will there be any you know icky smell and he said maybe for a day maybe a day and a half but after that but I turned my heat on about 7:00 the same night and there was absolutely no bad smell at all I got to tell you that makes me feel really good because the smell was horrendous before I had it done it gives me great peace of mind to know that they're cleaned out disinfected and everything so if you need a heating and air company You won't do better than zap that's for sure I mean I like my two technicians but I'm sure everybody's just as good but I do like the fact that they send out the same people you can tell them I like these people and you'll always get these people.

Tech Zeke came out as part of the service agreement. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Went through our system and explained what was done and what might be needed going forward. Took pictures and sent estimates for each option that might fit our budget. Pleased with the service Zeke provided in today’s visit..
