Tech Zeke came out as part of the service agreement. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Went through our system and explained what was done and what might be needed going forward. Took pictures and sent estimates for each option that might fit our budget. Pleased with the service Zeke provided in today’s visit..

They give us great service they've helped us update our whole system and I rely on them for the big service they provide.
I also like the fact that I get the exact same technician each time not that I don't like meeting new people I just really appreciate who I have, which is Tucker, he's the bomb!

Okay we also had Larry come out to do our vent cleaning he did a great job but I don't see another place to leave him a review so I'm just going to let you know I don't think we need it as often but I would want to stick with him too.

Technician arrived when they said he would. He called me ten minutes prior to his arrival to confirm. He was efficient and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it in a clear manner. He didn't try to up sell me with excessive tech speak. It was an overall pleasant experience and I will be using Zap for all my cooling and heating maintenance.

2026 Update: We just had our annual maintenance and Zack is a great tech and super knowledgeable about all things HVAC. He found an issue on our heat pump that could have turned into a real problem. I'm glad to be in such good hands with ZAP!

The technician that came out found nothing but a blown fuse, but he was extremely thorough in his attempt to figure out why the fuse blew. Which is exactly what's supposed to happen when you're troubleshooting a blown fuse. He went through our entire system and everything was fine. We will definitely be using you again!

Zach was outstanding. Showed up early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He performed the repairs within 15 minutes. Zach was very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone. The problem I have is I was charged $445 for parts and labor for a capacitor that costs $50 tops. I did not mind the $159 weekend charge to diagnose the issue but $604 total seems extremely high. I would recommend Zach for services but I would not recommend ZAP due to the pricing. I will change the capacitor myself if this happens again.

Justin was our technician and quickly located the problem. It took some work, but he corrected the issue. He did a complete inspection of my unit and found something that might be a problem in the future. This was my first experience with ZAP but it was a very good one.

Zap is GREAT! My AC quit on a very hot day, I have a bulldog and they do not tolerate extreme temps, so I was very worried. Zap was able to send their technician Zach same day!!! I am truly grateful! Zach, the tech, was able to come take care of my AC, diagnosed it with a broken capacitor and tested my registers, all within an hour! He and Zap saved the day, my dog….and the rest of my summer! THANK YOI SO VERY MUCH! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Zachery did a great job fixing our heat pump problem. He came out after 5:30. worked hard and got the heat pump cooling the house down. Zap is the best!

Responded in short order, Justin the Technician arrived on time, assessed the problem, explained the issues and resolved the issue.

Air went out during the night. I booked Zap online the next morning. Showed up when scheduled, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it with a part he had on his truck. House was cool again in under 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Tucker came out to do the Summer service on my units. Very professional and put on boot covers to walk thru the house. After he was done, he explained all the photos he had taken with his tablet. Very informative. No hard sell or lies.

I am posting this review for my parents. I few weeks ago they’re HVAC system in their home stopped working after business hours so my dad called and left a message and within and hour and a half they where at their house to go fix their HVAC unit even though. They were very quick and professional and fixed it perfectly. My parents said that they will always use zaps from now on and tell their friends about them as well since Zaps went above and beyond to help out and the great experience my parents had with them.

Great work on a very difficult installation that was three stories high off the ground. John, Kaleb, and Mike were true professionals and did the work with great care. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had our AC unit blowing warm and we called Zap. They were there pretty quick. Zack diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running into time. Kudos to Zap and especially Zack. That dude knows his stuff and was super friendly. Will us them again.

I had an issue with my AC water pan filling up. ZAP sent out Johnny, a technician to work on it . One word to describe his service: exceptional. He ran several tests, explained everything and fixed the issue. He took his time, was polite and punctual. I’d highly recommend ZAP and Johnny if you require HVAC services.

I think this review is a good one to judge these guys on. I called on a 93 degree day when everything is already crazy and I was treated, (as a new client by the way), like an IMPORTANT client. I had two situations with two different technicians. Both Zach and Justin were very professional and took care of the problem quickly and (this is important to me) were friendly and very informative. I’ve signed up for their maintenance plan as well.

If you are as lucky as me Zap will send out Alex D. Alex was prompt, professional, and very respectful. He arrived on time, diagnosed our issue, and had our A/C blowing cold in just minutes. He is a wonderful representative of this company.

I wasn't a big fan of the AI scheduling service when I first called, but ZAP was able to dispatch Alex to my property in very short notice. The service was a little pricey, but thanks to Alex' quick response and congenial attitude I was happy to pay it.

Alex Dial did a fantastic job on servicing our split unit today. He is very knowledgeable of our unit and easy to work with.

We had a great experience with ZAP Cooling and Heating. After returning home from vacation on Saturday, we discovered our AC had frozen into a solid block of ice and it was 80 degrees inside our house. Alex Deal came out on a Sunday morning (Father’s Day no less) and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He identified the problem and had everything fixed in just over an hour. We were also impressed that someone from ZAP called that morning to confirm our appointment and provide an arrival time.

Look no further for a heating and air company! ZAP went above and beyond and took care of our air issue almost immediately! From the representative who handled my call to the tech they sent out to us. They sent a very respectful young man
(Zack) out who was friendly and professional! He was able to find our issue, offer solutions, and fix it all in the same day! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future!

Update: Since my new A/C was installed, I've had Zap do the routine maintenance on my system. This time Alex came out. He worked quickly and quietly, knowing I was in a remote work meeting. After the meeting he took time to show me how my A/C was working and explain the maintenance he completed. I've yet to meet a person at this company, that isn't great!

Brandon, Kaleb, Rick and John were exceptionally helpful in diagnosing and replacing my AC system. They didn't try any high pressure sales tactics and just told me the honest truth, while working hard to get the job done.

Tucker came out today for my spring maintenance and he was phenomenal. I have been getting maintenance checks from Zapp twice a year and I haven’t had a tech come out as great as Tucker in years. Tucker took the time after to explain everything to me and show me pictures of everything. Other techs just come and go and I don’t hear a word from them. It’s nice to have someone actually explain what they did and what is going on with my system. I will definitely be requesting Tucker from now on.

Zap heating and cooling are our go to when we have heating and air issues . We bought our home 2 years ago this June and the came out twice to fix the unit that was already here . They did a wonderful job then . But after this last call out We made the wise decision with the Zap staff to replace the old 19 yr old unit for a new more efficient system. Everyone has been wonderful.
Today 2/26/24 as scheduled John , Mike , and Caleb did a FANTASTIC JOB, removing our old package unit and installing our New Package unit. They were prompt , knowledgeable, courteous, answered all our questions.They did a great job of cleaning up the area and the new unit is working perfectly.
From start to finish from the office staff to the technician and the installers are all wonderful. I highly recommend Zap

Fast forward to today, March 23, 2026 Tucker and Larry came out today to do our six-month maintenance or part of the MVP service that they have through that heating and cooling as always. Tucker was very thorough walked us through every step of all the checks and check ups that he did for our entire heating and air-conditioning unit Tucker and Larry did an excellent job. They were polite on time knowledgeable and did an extremely great job I highly recommend them and Zap heating and cooling.

Had a new unit put in last February not by this company and had a problem with it cooling down during the warmer days and couldn’t get anyone in the phone and one call and ZAP was here within 2 hours, very knowledgeable and thorough and it was a simple fix. 10/10 would recommend and when you do make sure to ask about their maintenance package! It will save you costly repairs in the future knowing that it’s done the right way!
